When I was a kid, I actually wanted to become a scientist. One who does experiments in the laboratory using tubes, flasks beakers, and other laboratory equipment like the chilling dry bath. When I first encountered the word chilling and heating dry bath, I actually thought of the spa where you have the sauna and the cold bath afterwards. But this bath refers to a laboratory equipment where you can mix your samples as you heat or chill them at variable speed.

There are chilling and heating dry baths that can run two separate temperatures and samples at the same time. They chill or heat these samples from -20°C to 100°C. The chilling and heating dry baths are used in storing oocytes, enzymes or DNA libraries.
