So, you want to have really great desserts but have no oven? Then, this section is for you:  

What you will need: Chocolate flavored Graham Crackers, white sugar, hotcake or light corn syrup, water, baking soda.  For the filling: hot water, instant coffe powder, all-purpose cream, confectioners sugar.

HOW:  Combine sugar, hotcake syrup, and water in a small saucepan.  Bring to a boil, then put to medium heat and continue boiling without stirring.   The mixture is ready when you it falls with a thread-like consistency when it is lifted with a spoon.  Turn off heat.  Add 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda and 4 pcs chopped Graham crackers.  Mix well, then pour to a greasproof paper lined loaf pan.  Cool until hard. Cut into chunks.

FILLING:  Mix all purpose cream until thick then add 6 tbsp confectioners sugar.  Dissolve 1 tsp. coffee powder in 1 tbsp. hot water.  Add this coffee mixture to the cream mixture.  Mix well.

LAYER: Lay 6 pcs of Graham crackers in a pan.  Pour half of the coffee cream.  Spread evenly then do another layer alternating creakers and cream.   Serve chilled.
