I am attending a costume party and I really don’t know what to wear.  I wanted to be unique but at the same time, reflect who I am.  A Marilyn Monroe costumes,  cheerleader costumes and other popular stuff does not really suit me and are already quite common.  Then, I came across this online shop http://www.blueskyscrubs.com/where they sell scrub sets, white lab coats and other medical outfit and supplies.  I use to dream of becoming a doctor or a nurse when I was a kid and I thought with a little twist, a scrub or a lab coat will surely be the best costume for me.

I just gave my dad an Xbox 360 as my father’s day present. I was thinking of what to give him for the past weeks. I use to dream of becoming a scientist. I find it really cool to discover new things like our famous inventors - Thomas Edison, Albert Einstein, Galileo, Leonardo da Vinci, and a lot more. I use to have so much thirst for knowledge that I began reading science books. I read about how the earth was formed. I read about the dinosaurs. I read about the originally nine planets which has now become 11, including Ceres and Eris. I also read about the different laboratory equipment - the peltier cooler, test tubes, microscopes, and a lot more. I watched science fiction movies, believed in Star Trek, Star Wars and ET.

As a child, exploring things and learning new things can be fun. I really enjoyed playing with science. I love it when I felt that I get to discover an answer to my playmates or classmates questions. I feel so smart and it makes me proud. I may not remember all the things I learned before, but I know that the mind should be fed even when you are an adult. Reading, watching and doing new things helps the mind grow - not in terms of mass or size but in terms of knowledge and content.

I just bought a new desktop, one with a higher memory and specs than my laptop. Of course, it does not mean that I will leave my laptop behind and begin working on my laptop. Well, I guess I can also use my desktop for entertainment.
